Superman 21″ x 21″ NASCAR Uniform Embroidery

Embroidery design for a special promotion between DC Comics and Action Performance Company. This design was created for the uniforms worn by Jeff Gordon in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. in the NASCAR Busch Series, John Force in the NHRA, and Steve Kinser in the World of Outlaws. The design has over 600,000 stitches in it, required four separate hoopings, and took over two days to sew from start to finish.
